What is Season of Light?

Join us in the Season of Light, where we are embracing and celebrating diversity in all holidays and people.

For our 135th year, we challenged our community partners to choose a holiday celebrated during the holiday season and create an engaging display for our community. The event will be open December 2nd through January 5th at 44 Washington Ave. in Schenectady.

The exhibit is FREE for all, but donations are encouraged and will benefit the Holiday Assistance Program.

Kids can enjoy a scavenger hunt to find all of the winter-themed stamps. Once they have punched their whole card they can return it at the front desk for a prize!

Our goal is to showcase all holidays that families are celebrating this season, educate one another, and give us all a new perspective on the many ways this season is celebrated.

Thank you to our sponsor!
