Thank you for your interest in being part of our “In Bloom” Art Show!

Due to our Harbor House Project construction, we will be having
our annual Art Show for one night only, Thursday, May 21st at the beautiful and historic Stockade Inn from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

 Submissions are due May 1st, 2026.

Our show this year, held during Mental Health Awareness Month, will focus on the challenges that come with our own mental health and wellness, and resilience, strength and fortitude it takes to overcome and be our best selves. 

Please read the all notes below regarding submissions:

 All artists will be responsible for coordinating any sales for the night.

Submission fee for under or up to 3 pieces is $25. Any pieces submitted after that will be an additional $10.

For pieces 36″ x 48″ or over, there is a limit of 4 additional pieces. For pieces 18″ x 24″ or larger, there is a limit of 10 additional pieces.

 Please have all pieces dropped off by 5/7/2026. Please ensure any unsold pieces are taken the night of the event or by noon the next day from 40 Washington Avenue, Schenectady, NY.

Below is our submission fee portal. Once you have submitted your information and payment, our Administrative Coordinator and Development Assistant, Danielle Schimpf will be in touch with a link to upload the images of the work you are submitting.
